I can also attest to the power of rice. My 620 fell in the bath and was in there for a minute or so (didn't realise due to foam). I took it out removed battery, sd card, sim and cover. Placed it in a bag of rice for 3 days and afterwards the phone has worked perfectly for the past year.

You guys know why rice works? Because when you put your phone in a bag of rice,asians come at night and fix it
