Nokia Lumia 630 gettng heat while speaking for 5-10 mins

am using nokia lumia 630 dual handset and i observed my handset is getting heated while speaking for 5-10 mins. can anyone give a solution or should i replace the handset.

Is 3G/4G enabled , if so yes this is normal. If 2G option is available set it to 2G.

If many apps are running in the background it happens ,just close them u will see the difference
