Nokia lumia 630 microphone is too quiet.

Hi. I have nokia lumia 630. When I am talking to someone they almost cant hear me. I have the latest software. When doing hardware test it seems that mic works fine

May it is because of bad signal reception. Or it is also possible the phone does work this way only. Did it work better before?

It used to work better. Also the phone sometimes reboots. What should I do ??
