Nokia Lumia 635 Hard reset Brick loop :( What should I do?

Nokia Lumia 635 Hard reset Brick loop

SOMEONE HELP PLEASE!!!
I decided to Hard reset my Nokia Lumia 635 while on charge(not a bright idea). Everything was going good until my daughter decided to unplug the charger.
The phone immediately shut down and when it continued charging, it started up and the Nokia logo(#1) came on, shortly after that two small strange white figures (#2) appeared, then some spinning gears(#3) appeared and started loading(#4). After about a minute or so and the loading was done a sad face(#5) appeared and that whole process continued the next morning.

My phone wont start up, it wont go through the hard reset process, it wont charge and it definately wont connect to the computer.

When I remove and reinsert the battery, hold the Power and Volume down but until the phone vibrates, release both buttons and immediately hold the Volume up button, a lightening bolt and gear(#6) appears as seen in the pictures.

I am taking any and all advice please help!

Had this with a friend his phone. Been at it all evening, revived it using this tutorial:
Tutorial - Flash an Lumia device | Windows Phone 8 Development and Hacking | XDA Forums

Go into flash mode, install the drivers after the extra tutorial concerning the change in safety policy on drivers and see the magic work.
