Nokia Lumia 635 Not Getting Notifications (Please Help!)

I have a Lumia 635, windows 8.1 running 8.10.12400.899, and even after 2 resets and 1 master reset, it can't receive notifications and never could. The only app it will get notifs for is the outlook app. I've checked all my settings multiple times, nothing should should be restricting it from getting notifs. (Settings in phone settings and app settings.) battery saver is off, my mail accounts are syncing, and I don't have it on silent nor do I have quiet hours enabled. Please help me out here

So no notifications for alarms, sms, calls etc? Or are you not getting notifications for apps that use internet?

If under warranty, then take back to supplier or Microsoft/Nokia care center
