YEAH, this happened to me a few weeks ago. Anyways, the problem should resolve itself, that's what happened to me, at least. Good luck

The Store itself needs to update first.

As Minh said, it will fix itself. Staying on a stable WiFi connection may help speed it up.

Hi I reset Windows Phone Nokia Lumia 635 and can not access the new app store

Just stay connected to a good data connection. Preferably wifi. It will start working on its own. Also, do check if you have signed with the prober Microsoft account credentials.
