I've replied to you in this thread. Please, there is no need to post the same issue in multiple threads. Choose the most appropriate thread and just post there.

Re: Nokia Lumia 720 got stuck since an hour and button problem

I bought a Nokia Lumia 720 today. When I started to charge at first time, I tried to turn on at the same time. After plugging the cable I saw the empty red battery with plug, and after I'm always seeing the black background with white nokia labels. It starts at 3:30PM CET. I've tried already the soft and hard reset, vibrated once, and nothing happens. What can I do? May I send back, or wait for the miracle?

Nokia Lumia is A Wonder-full Phone as such but there are many flaws in Many Apps and O.S. The phone gets stuck every now and then, for that you require to reboot by Holding Volume+Power Button for 15 seconds. Even the Watts-app notification comes repeatedly even though the messages are read. Rest everythin is awesome.......

Please make sure that you INSERT ORIGINAL MICRO SIM CARD and not never USE CUT SIM which can avoid lots of issues...............

I have similar issues with my 520, The will not react to being turned on if the battery is below 50%, i'm not particularly worried as a simple fix is removing and putting back the battery in. Sorry if this is going slightly off topic.

I'm happy that you are not particularly worried, but as the Lumia 720 does not have a removable battery, your simple fix will not work on Lumia 720s, the subject of THIS Lumia 720 thread.

Volume down + power button + camera until it vibrates then release the power button and hold volume down + camera for 10 sec

Volume down + power button + camera until it vibrates then release the power button and hold volume down + camera for 10 sec

WARNING: DO NOT DO THIS unless you have tried a soft reset first (Power + Vol Down for 15 secs), or want to reset your phone to factory defaults. This will erase all your settings and personal data.

Press the volume down key plus the power button for 15 seconds until the phone vibrates.
The phone will then reset and boot itself up automatically.

The phone should now be fine but if for some reason it is not please take the sim out and then try the process again, if this fails then i'm afraid you may have to take the phone back. Good luck i hope you are successful.
