Nokia Lumia 720 support windows 8.1 updates?

I ' m Gaurav from India, i'm using Lumia 720, i ve read that windows 8.1 has lots of features. Is Lumia 720 series supports this 8.1 updates.

According to reports, this feature will only be available to Windows Phone smartphones with atleast a 4.5-inch screen.

This means that quite a few smartphones will be left out from this feature including Samsung ATIV Odyssey, Huawei Ascend W1, Ascend W2, HTC 8X, HTC 8XT, HTC 8S, Lumia 520, Lumia 525, Lumia 620, Lumia 720, Lumia 820, Lumia 810, Lumia 810, and Lumia 822.

You are talking about one feature and coming to a conclusion about the entire update???
What might not be available for screens below 4.5 inch is an extra column of live tiles. Not the entire windows phone 8.1!

Guys Windows Phone 8.1 will be available to all windows phones out there. 3rd column of medium tiles. . . I'm not sure about that for devices with smaller screens.

3rd column is available, and insted of cortana there is normal voice assistant with long press of search button which can do basic stuff, like calling or opening a app. So as i think a indian user can easily continue without cortana as for now.

No need to worry. You can safely upgrade to 8.1 and have Cortana as well. Just note that there is increased Battery Drain in 8.1. The Nokia Cyan update should be a safer option if you're not the adventurous kind.
