so i have a brand unlocked nokia lumia 800 and my two problem that i just discovered are
1) When in put my micro sim i can no longer connect to facebook via the messaging app and it says can't connect to chat
2) I can't use the funtion that allows me to see how much money i have so it takes sometimes too long or it says PHONE: Failed and also if i want to confirm i can only see the ok button
