Nokia lumia 800 switch off and dead

As the subject says, my NL800 is switch off suddenly. tried recharging the cell.. still not working. Tried possible keys to switch on... still no luck. Then went to Nokia care, they said its liquid problem and doesn't cover in warranty. Come on Nokia, i its just 10 month old phone and i have not drop a liquid in the phone. I have not notice any signs of liquid in the circuit board (nokia engineer show it to me)

Any body experiencing with this issue?? Need help.
