We have it using Nokia updater for Lumia 820 in the Philippines, although status with local Telco still for approval, don't know when,in OTA.

Nokia care guys have no idea when it will be released.
They just say it isreleased for all models and you will get it soon

Finally friends i saw update available in india . my not received any ota or anythn . chk this link . it shows available now . may be we can go to nokia care centres n get it updated . Availability in Asia Pacific - Nokia
