Nokia Lumia 900 vs 800 (UPDATES)

I know that the 900 beats the 800 on specs (front facing camera,LTE, 4.3 inches), but I think that since the 900 is going to be tied to a carrier instead of being Unlocked/Unbranded at some point the 900 will not receive an update; therefore, some people (like me) will be very upset. On the other hand the 800 being Unbranded will receive the updates from the manufacturer (in this case Nokia). What do you guys think?
