Nokia Lumia 920 Camera Broken-Martez Knox

I recently bought a Nokia Lumia 920 online only to.discover it has a camera problem-and I have no warranty!
My Nokia Lumia camera is currently not working properly. Please help.

Did you already do a hard reset or used Lumia Software Recover Tool to rule out it is software related. And did you try a different photo app?

What exactly is it doing, and does it do it with other camera apps?

If it's hardware, the camera isn't too hard to replace, but you will have to do a little disassembly and reassembly, if you're comfortable with that. Is it front or main camera?
