Nokia Lumia 920 problem-what happened with ease of access?

I hit something in the ease of access setting and now the phone is boxing up each section and won't let me get back into the settings to fix it, anyone know what I hit?

Is High Contrast set to on? This can cause that to happen

If it is on, set to off as that is the normal setting
