Nokia Lumia 920 wont charge

My windows phone nokia 920 made a sound like it was plugged into the charger, but it was not. I look at the phone and it had the charge icon in the battery icon like it was connected to the charger. I plugged it into the charger and it looked like it was working. I went to bed, woke up and the phone was dead, would not turn on and will not charge. Any help

plug again into wall, if you have wireless charger try this if that doesn't work, if any sign of power, download battery discharge which will wipe out everything from app store, complete charge up. if fails speak to Nokia/Microsoft, do a complete hardware reset as an option.

please note charging may take 1 -2 hour to start!
