Nokia Lumia 925 won't start up?

Hi, just want to ask if any of you experienced this but my Lumia 925 won't open. It keeps showing the "nokia" welcome message and will freeze.and then when i plug it is only shows the battery is at red/no more battery.

Not knowing your specific problem details.
I would say the battery is completely flat and needs a few hours on a reliable charger before the phone can boot up.

I think you mean, "Start Up".

I'd say it's either completely dead and needs charged, or it needs a new battery.

Plug it in and try a soft reset (hold volume down+power button until phone vibrates). May have to do it a few times. Had this problem 6 weeks ago and had to restore phone with recovery tool. That would be the next option if it continues.
