nokia lumia 925.

before, when i pressed the windows key on it, the voice command menu started before but now suddenly it does not start. instead the key vibrates but i get no voice command menu asking me if i want to text, phone or make notes by voice activation. any suggestions please

Check the settings in settings->speech

There's an option for "Use Speech when the phone is locked".

Also, the speech comes up when you press the button for more than a second or so, a light tap won't do anything.
