nokia lumia 930, apps won't boot, just pause on the splash screen

When I click on an app it looks like it's going to open then nothing happens. I've tried soft boot up many times, still the same. Problem had appeared since last update. (using windows10)

It means the update was not properly installed.
Had you turned your phone off or something while updating? Also, go to the store and check for app updates. See if there are any.

Also, try reinstalling one of the apps. Let me know if that worked.

If all of this doesn't work, then you might have to prepare yourself to reset the phone using recovery tool. :-\
