Nokia Lumia 930 has shut down?

Past two days my nokia lumia 930 was freezing every once in awhile and would shut down after a few seconds, now today the side buttons (volume, power and camera) just suddenly stopped working and i couldnt find any solution to fix them, now the phone wont charge whatsoever.. i have tried using multiple chargers and trying to charge it off the laptop but with no luck, has anyone ever had all these problems? I wouldnt think something like this would happen to such a expensive phone considering its probably been dropped( with a cover on) about three times in the past 15 months

I have this with my 925.. it's definitely hardware related in most cases. Tried changing my battery but that didn't help. Currently I'm looking into changing the power section of the phone (connection between power button and phone)
