Hi my name is Fahmi Bassem, I have a Lumia 720.
Since 2 weeks I have a problem with my storage, issues with Alarm notifications, slow response, so I took a decisions to reinstall the OS using Nokia tool?
My question is: Do you suggest me to do it or No and why?

Have you tried a soft reset of your phone? hold down the power button for a few seconds, then wait for 5-10 seconds and hold down the power button again to restart the phone.

I would recommend using the Nokia Software Recovery Tool if your phone is not responding, it appears to be stuck or is not starting. If you can, I recommend resetting your lumia 720 to its original factory settings:
•Select Settings
•Select About
•Choose “Reset your phone”
•The device will begin the reset process.
NOTE! This erases all personal content on your phone. If possible, create a backup of your phone’s content before resetting.

Thanks but when since the first day of my phone I some unnornal problems in pictures app and lick screen, so I think downloading the OS from Internet is better.
