Nokia Software Recovery Tool 1.5.0 doesn't recognize my Nokia Lumia 521, even though Windows 8.1 Pro w/Media Center x64 does.I even did the power button/volume keys press until phone vibrates as the NSRT 1.5.0 asked, clicked ok in the software and it still doesn't recognize it. Any help resolving this is appreciated. I'm trying to go from WP 8.1 DP Update back to WP8, as I still haven't received the Cyan firmware update with the most recent WP 8.1 updates last week.:unhappy:
