Nokia Support for WP7.8

Hi all. I was just wondering if anyone can tell me if and how Nokia intend to support the legacy devices in the future with WP8 coming up. Like, will the future "Nokia Exclusive Apps" be available on the Lumia 800, 900 and the other legacy Lumia models?

I sure hope so or I'll be very disappointed. :/

I heard recently that they would port over some of the most popular Symbian apps. I bet most of those will be for the 7.8 Lumias as well... Or at least hope.

I believe that Nokia will still make and sell devices using WP7.x because there is a lower minimum spec. These will be key for their strategy in emerging markets, where low-end smartphones sell much better than medium or high-end ones because of price.

I believe they will continue to encourage and support app development for v7.x. It's in their best interest.
