Nokia Touch update allows you to disable button vibration

I turned off vibrations, but like others eventually turned them back on, just felt weird after feeling them for so long.

I had a bit of a different experience. After updating to WP8.1 (Cyan on Nokia phones), the Touch app still didn't let me change the vibration mode on the navigation buttons. It is only after I went to the Microsoft Store to update my applications that I saw the Touch app in wait state to be updated. I restarted the update and was then able to get this new Touch functionality. By the way, this also fixed my other HERE apps that had stopped working after the Cyan update.

Bottom line, I did have to go through the Store to get the new Touch update. The WP8.1 Cyan update was not sufficient.
