Looks like a Nokia X7 with a Windows Phone start screen that was photoshopped. The X7 runs Symbian, and look, it even says the phone has an ARM 11 680Mhz.

W8 and W7 were two of the rumored names for the first Nokia Windows Phone devices before the Lumia models were announced.

It's just a placeholder page that they never got around to updating or changing.

it too ugly to be a Nokia windows phone 8 mock image.. the Lumia 900 n 800 are gorgeous looking phones n Nokia is definatly not backtracking on design.. False alarm
