None of my camera apps are working on my Lumia 540 along with the flashlight, what can I do?

None of my camera app are working in my lumia 540 along with te flashlight.

Whenever I open the camera "0xA00F4246(0xE8010001)" error code is shown. I have tried resetting my phone and restarting but none worked. Please someone help me.

Which windows build are you using? with Resetting do you mean "hard reset" or what?
Do you updated all core apps in store? Check if something is pending
