Not able to activate w10 on 10240.. :(

Im not able to activate w10.. Tried the cmd and still cant activate.. Error im hitting under 'activation settings' is 0xC004F074: Software licensing service reported that the product could not be activated. No Key Management Service could be contacted. Please see the Application Event Long for additional information.
