Not able to copy data from PC to phone

i have a lumia 920 running windows phone 8.1 dev preview.

I recently tried copying music files / ringtone files in phone from my PC but copying doesnt happen...
After a while, windows pops an error dialogue box to cancel the process.

Any one having any solution please?

A few reasons come to mind.
1. You have a copy of Windows that uses "magic tricks" for activation
2. You are using a USB cable not 2A compliant
3. The USB port you're connecting to isn't 2A compliant.
4. You are using a firewall that is blocking the port.

Hi,
Didn't understand your first point. And other points cant be possible as I have used the same came sirf the same port and mahine lot of times before to transfer my data.

Unnat when i'm connecting, I can see windows is identifying my phone in explorer and I can open it and browse the files but not able to copy anything
