Not able to copy paste media files from PC to Phone!!

Hi Everyone.
I have noticed an issue with pasting a file(Media) to SD card in my phone. It used to work fine earlier.
I am getting following error while pasting a file to SD card:

"Cannot copy file<file name>...Either device has stopped responding or disconnected..."

While looking into the Event Viewer, I found following Warning message logged:

"MTP USB Driver has cancelled the operation 0x100d"

I have Win-XP installed in my PC and please note it (Copy-paste) was working a day before. Any suggestions ??

Which device do you have? Try uninstalling it via Device Manager and reboot your computer before plug it again.

I have Lumia 525. I tried uninstalling the device and rebooted the PC. It's still throwing the same error :-(
Attached screenshots of the problem. Please advise.
