Not able to download speech language after WP 8.1 Update 1

I am trying in to download Speech - English (United Kingdom) for my lumia 720 after WP 8.1 Update but it is constantly showing "Couldn't Download" even after adding English (United Kingdom) to the language also facing the same problem with keyboard download too.

I think you need to download those on Cyan BEFORE upgrading to Update 1 pfd.
