Not able to install WP10 TP on Samsung ATV Odyssey running WP 8.1 Update

Received brand new Samsung ATV Odyssey running Window 8. Downloaded Windows Insider app. Ran Phone update to install Windows phone 8.1 update. Ran Windows Insider to install Windows 10 Technical Review.
The app displayed "No builds" available. basically, cannot update to Windows 10 Technival Prebiew

Is this your main phone, or do you have another one? I wouldn't recommend installing the W10 TP on a main device of any type, and I'd be more hesitant to install it on a device that is not a Lumia. The Microsoft Windows Phone Recovery Tool only works on the Lumias, not on Samsung devices. So if something goes wrong, you cannot roll back to WP8.1. You're risking a bricked device with W10 TP on a Samsung.
