Not able to recover my phone back to wp 8.1.1 on my Lumia 730

I tried this 5-6 times.. Its a 1.74 gb file..
when i use the windows phone recovery tool, and start to install the software, after the complete download of the package, i get an error.. This is how it looks..

Can someone help me and tel me what to do about it..
