Not able to see and download attachments

Has anyone come across this? I can neither see attachments on mails nor I can download these. This problems is there both on mobile and desktop mail clients. I am running Win10 Pro (10240) on my laptop and have applied all the updates available. On my Lumia 1520, latest preview release is running and I did a complete reset while installing the latest update.

Any suggestions??
