Not for Resale Version of Ativ Neo

I bought an Ativ Neo on eBay and found that it is a not for resale version. I don't know if there is anything interesting that anyone would want to see on this phone, but here are some screenshots of the bootup sequence and the OS version. I don't know if all Ativ Neos have this program, but there is a program called "Diagnosis" that I don't see available in the store. When I open it I have an app that says Cronus_0711 at the top and a dialpad at the bottom. It appears that this app is used for diagnostic codes. Anyone want any more info from this device?

Samsung does have an app called Diagnosis that looks like an older icon, it also has a dial pad when opened.

There is a diagnosis app in the app store (Check out the application SYSApp Pusher) and it shows on there.
