Not getting Cyan even after updating to GDR1

I have lumia 925 (india ). I was on 8.1dp but i didn't get the cyan update when it was available. Ok, there were some issues i understand. But it was stated many times that after updating to gdr1, one will get the cyan too.

Now i have gdr1 but still no cyan update. It is available for lumia 925 india AFAIK.

What am i missing??

You're missing the fact that you have to downgrade to 8 before you can install Cyan/8.1. No other way to do it unfortunately.

you cant get Cyan until you will not downgrade to WP 8.00 This time there is no way to get a Cyan in another way. Since tomorrow I have made a lot of tests with two L 720 and really no way. If you want Cyan you have to follow this way. Or there is possible MS will make a free Cyan for PFD version someday however nobody knows when and if yes.
