Not getting cyan lumia 620 India

Cyan update is rolling out in India on 23rd august,but even after one week i don't get it. Whenever i check,it says ur phone is up to date,but I'm using lumia black....and also i NEVER USE PREVIEW FOR DEVELOPER. I don't know what is happening here is my phone detail below
