Not getting email notifications

I wanna know how to re-enable email notifications for comments on WPC. I've stopped receiving them and I don't know why.

Replies to forum posts, or blog comments?

Blog comments. Forums never gave me email notifications but replies to blog comments were being notified by email.

Do you see this option at the bottom of the post comment area?

I have the opposite problem to this, I've disabled notifications for comments and I'm still receiving them.
