Not Getting Emails When Someone Replies To My Comments

I have the option checked off to receive a email when someone replies to one of my comments on a windows central article and I haven't been getting any for at least 2 months now is there a issue with the app? I used to always get them now I dont

I don't get them at all, doesn't matter if commenting from site or the app.
