India. I am facing this problem from 2-3 days. Earlier it is working great.

Bing voice search is not avaliable in India. You can still use it if change the region from India to US.

PS: Most of the Bing features are only available in US.

Don't you have a microphone next to the search bar? The one at the bottom disappeared on my phone too but the one at the top works.

Earlier it was showing microphone in the search bar and also working great and now it disappeared from their. And voice search option works in India. That is the only feature i use in Bing.

Might be under maintenance to get prepared for next month (8.1 unveil)? Not everything comes over night sadly, keep a look out and good luck!
