Not long now are we getting excited yet ?

There seems to be something not quite right with it Dave i just got the following message...

TheWeeBear, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?

If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I go back and all is fine, it's as if permissions are changing now and again.

The MWC forum is actually disappearing now and again, it's not always visible, it's fine sometimes and not at others.

I logged out and back in again but it made no difference. A strange one. :dry

It seems OK at the moment.

Seen the same thing as TWB, have to access this forum by clicking on the latest story link from the main forum view, though as noted does seem to be working now.

Makes a wee change from a disappearing keyboard I guess. :D

Seems to be OK for me for a while now, hope it stays like that. :)

Ughhh honestly I want to be excited for some reason my heart wants me to believe that maybe sprint will have least one of the new phones but thats practically a myth these days. so no im not excited at all..... :|

Between the Xperia P, the ViewPhone 4e, and those new phones from Huawei, there sure are a lot of "Lumia-esque" devices out there. ;)

So far disappointment on the HTC and LG front.

These OEMs complain that WP7 phones aren't selling, but it's their fault for not making more inspired phones, and making them more readily available.

Though again, what could HTC for example do?
They are not just tied to the specs, they are tied to one old qualcomm platform that already sets a standard to example camera quality and such.

Nokia has had huge marketing push for it's Windows Phones, but even there the design and brand can get you just so far.

MS really needs to get their hardware specs going, quickly. All the manufacturers are showcasing quad core phones, 2000+ ma batteries, etc And please don't start this "wp7 doesn't need dual core processors" argument. Yes, wp7 doesn't need it to run the core apps. But go do a side-by-side with some 3rd party apps and games on their iPhone counterparts. Not only that, but consumers compare stats. For Joe average, if he sees a lumia 900 with single core, 512mb of ram, 16gb of storage and samsung's latest with dual core, 1gb of ram, 32 gb of storage, for the same price, where's he going to be leaning?
