Not One app can be downloaded

I can't download apps from windows store..... even ones they say I own and can download but when try it gives a error code 0x80070490 please help...........not one app can I down load

I've checked the forum and it doesn't seem a solution has been found yet.

I suggest you can try this" go to store, tap the 3 lines at the top right, tap on your username and sign out. Restart the phone and after restarting go back to store, sign in and try downloading apps one at a time. Keep auto update apps off and do it manually
