Not recieving sms after Win Phone 10 upgrade

Hi, ive upgraded my Lumia 640 to Windows 10. Now i dont recieve sms messages. I updated everything and tried soft reset also. I dont even have option to change sms ringtone. The Messaging doesnt even show up in the actions and notifications, its totally missing. Please help. Some authentication actions send the code to me via sms, but now i cant recieve anything, no notification, no new message, nothing!

Maybe the app isn't installed? Search for Microsoft Messaging in the Store and install it if it's not already. If it is, then a hard reset is probably the best/only option. In general, hard resetting is a good idea when upgrading from 8.1.

Also make sure Skype didn't take over as SMS default. I had that happen after an update, which left my text messages in a limbo and not telling me sms came in.

Open SMS and explore your settings to check

Fixed it. I deleted all old SMS and in the phone update section i found newer windows versions and updated it. Thanks for the suggestions.
