Notification Center / Action Center not working

Hi All,

I loved Windows Phone 8.1 and also the Notification Center / Action Center which was a necessity. On Saturday (04th May 2014) it stopped automatically. When I try to swipe down it does not work at all. I checked the settings and all seems to be good. I thought I must have downloaded some software not to work. So, I reset the phone to factory defaults but still not working. I also tried to check whether the touch screen has a problem. But NO.. all is good. Need help. Please. Is anyone facing same problem??

if you are still having such issues after hard reset , you should consider switching back to windows phone 8.0 by using nokia recovery tool . Remember wp8.1 is still a dev preview not the final OS and it also lacks firmware update from nokia (cyan update ) which includes device drivers. You will get windows phone 8.1 this summer :smile:

obviously, it got to be WP 8.1
otherwise there won't be any notification center.

Que? The OP states in his original post that he's using WP 8.1 and that he's been using the notification center up until 04th May 2014 when it stopped working.

Resetting the phone would have other wise solved the issue but it hasn't as per the OP, hence the question.
