Why can't i choose cellular data for quick action in notification center? Am i the only one who can't do that??

It's not needed. If it was MS would have added it by now. Plenty of 3rd party apps that give a data toggle tile...

No, Microsoft didn't add cellular data to the toggle buttons. I wish they had as well.

it's needed in my opinion. i switch from wifi to 3g and back to wifi again a lot, depending on where i am. lot of users i know are like this

you can try an app called Quick Launcher to put a data shortcut on the action center with it. no perfect, but it's a way xD
