Notification problem on Lumia 930

Hi all.i use Lumia 930.it's new,but I haven't got new notification from facebook,whatsapp,instagram.daily applications.pls help me.one time I uninstall and reinstall whatsapp just for one day notifications worked.

If your on 8.1 I know whatsapp is not supported and needs to be updates. Facebook works for me. Are you sure its not turned off in background?

How to check it? I subscribed this post,but I didn't get notification.entered email and saw new mail.

İ don't know notification disable when not allowed from battery saver.thanks
