Notifications missing

Hi,

I'm using Window 10 official build on my laptop, and suddenly some apps have stopped showing notifications(Facebook Messenger, Skype, Facebook), while they work for other apps(Mail). I checked in settings and they are all turned on.
Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?
