Notifications Settings Automaticly disabled after enable or modify

Hello Everyone,

If i in de Windows Central app from the Notification settings from "Notifications for Articles" changed to "all" messages en i have enabled all the 3 settings for "Notifications and Comments for Forums"
After a restart of the Windows Central app,all the modified settings are automaticly back were i started.
"Notification For Articles" Are back to off and the "Notifications and Comments For Forums" are all automaticly disabled.
