Notifications Suddenly Stopped

I got one notification, on my Band 2, early today, and, since then, nada. Everything else is working between the phone and band, Cortana works, music controls work, etc. just no notifications! I tried doing a soft reset (2 button method) and one on my phone, but no joy.

I'm thinking about doing a full reset tomorrow. Anyone have a different solution?

For me whenever I have an issue, I just open the MS health app, do a manual sync, then everything just start to work again. So it might work on yours too.
