Notifications when phone gets locked

Right now in wp8.1 I m seeing time and alarm when phone is in locked mode.is there any option to include other notifications like ims,missed calls,unread mails with out pressing power button to unlock the deviseto view.

For example other devices had notification light which will glow for all alerts.

Go to settings then lock screen then choose the apps you want to display notifiacation
