Hi,

I have noticed that I don't receive push notifications when I'm over my data limit set in Data Sense. When I connect to Wi-Fi, all my notifications come immediately. This is not expected behaviour - notifications should work always.

Anyone else noticed this?

This is by design and not a fluke. Think about it, if your on data and don't have unlimited \ throttled connection, how would the notifications get to you? This also explains why when you get on WiFi it begins working again.

I have unlimited connection. It gets throttled after 1 GB of data, but it works (only slower). Also, my mail arrives instantly, I can use IE, Skype works for IM and calls (when in app)... even when I am over the limit.

Again, IMHO this is not accepted behaviour, especially since push notifications consume tiny bits of data.

The reason you receive mail is its priority over other apps. Once you reach your specified limit, apps go into a priority order. You can try going into Data Sense\Settings and disabling restrict background data or you could set your limit higher.
