Anyone know what MS is doing if people go in with bands that need replacement these days?:cry:
 
I just got mine replaced and I have raised that exact concern as my Complete Care warranty is good till the end of next year. They told me I do not have to worry about it. They will have spare until all warranties expire.
 
I have the size medium, if i need replace it and they haven?t it,then?

You can always send it in, which is what I did. Really easy process, just print a free packing label and drop it off at FedEx.Took less than a week to get my replacement band.

If you go to a store, they will probably replace it with a FitBit for you.

I looked around my local store last night. I couldn't find a single wearable. Perhaps they had FitBits in the back, but it wasn't on the back shelf of the customer area.
